美国哥伦比亚大学段东升博士学术讲座

基础医学院为促进医学相关学科的发展,加强国际交流,邀请美国密苏里-哥伦比亚大学分子微生物学免疫学系副教授、博士研究生导师段东升博士进行学术讲座。段东升博士主要从事细胞生物学、基因治疗、分子微生物学免疫学研究工作。主要研究方向为腺相关病毒(Adeno-associated Virus,AAV)转导细胞生物学,AAV介导基因治疗进行性假肥大性肌营养不良(Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Skeletal Muscle Disease,DMD)、DMD的基因治疗、AAV介导的囊性纤维化的基因治疗。曾17次担任NIH研究基金特邀评审委员;美国基因治疗协会2个专家委员会成员;11种学术期刊Nat. Biotech., Mol. Ther., Hum. Genet., Hum. Mol. Genet., J. Gene Med., Gene Ther., Curr. Gene Ther., Am. J. Physiol. GI & Liver., Virology, Am. J. Physiol Lung Cell Mol Physiol, J. Virol. Method的特邀审稿专家。受NIH等多项研究资助,总金额约200多万美元。先后在Nature Medicine.;Nature Biotechnology;Development;Human Gene Therapy等期刊发表论文40篇。专利6项。  题 目:分子微生物学在临床与免疫学中实践——基因治疗

美国前四位大学、哈佛、耶鲁、普林斯顿、哥伦比亚大学。段东升博士主要研究方向为腺相关病毒(Adeno-associated Virus,AAV)转导细胞生物学,AAV介导基因治疗进行性假肥大性肌营养不良(Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Skeletal Muscle Disease,DMD)、DMD的基因治疗、AAV介导的囊性纤维化的基因治疗。又6年了不理想可能AAV腺病毒方向不对。
