中国证券网讯（记者 赵碧君） 本土企业在核心技术及产能方面的突破，预示中国混合动力汽车产业正在进入一个全新的发展时期。　　10月28日，“十二五”期间我国镍氢汽车动力电池领域投资规模最大的项目—湖南科力远(600478,股吧)长沙工厂正式投产。据了解，该项目于2012年3月投建，工厂采用全自动生产线，初期可年产6万台套全球最先进的镍氢汽车动力电池。与此同时，公司与长安汽车(000625,股吧)签订了战略合作协议共同推进混合动力汽车的市场化。　　2011年1月，全球混合动力汽车产业并购第一案发生，科力远全资收购了日本松下旗下的汽车动力电池工厂—湘南工厂，该工厂位于日本神奈川县茅崎市湘南地区，是全球三大镍氢汽车动力电池制造厂之一。据了解，湘南工厂成立于1932年，1989年开始生产镍氢电池，1992年开始与日本丰田联合研究混合动力汽车电池，1997年正式为丰田普锐斯批量供货，可谓是全球混合动力汽车镍氢电池的发源地。　　科力远长沙工厂的投产意味着中国正式拥有了独立掌握混合动力汽车电池的制造工厂，并将改写中国节能与新能源汽车产业格局。科力远长沙工厂是以日本湘南工厂团队和技术为基石打造的中国首条世界级全自动汽车动力电池生产线。科力远总经理罗韬表示，新工厂的投产使中国汽车动力电池制造技术与世界最先进水平的差距至少缩短20年，并将极大地带动中国材料厂的品质提升与技术进步。　　镍氢电池具有高比功率、充放电电流大、无污染、安全性能好等特点，是目前被认知的三大电池体系中最为成熟最具商业应用价值的一款电池，已经广泛应用在混合动力汽车上，市场的长期检验证明了其可靠性，目前，丰田汽车已经发展成为全球混合动力汽车的巨擘，在其生产的混合动力汽车中，有90%以上使用的就是镍氢电池。　　喊破嗓子不如甩开膀子”，科力远甩开膀子上马镍氢混动电池工厂恰逢业界不断呼吁发展混合动力汽车之时。　　当前，中国的能源与环境问题日益加剧，节能减排压力巨大。2020年百公里油耗5升的限值要求仅依靠传统技术升级无法企及，开发纯电动汽车，无论技术突破还是配套设施都远水救不了近火，发展国际上已有成熟技术解决方案的混合动力汽车成为现实的选择。最近，科技部部长万钢也表态称混合动力车应加速普及，中国该不该发展混合动力的争论告一段落。　　2013年，中国汽车市场的增长预计将以两位数收官，新车销量规模将首次超过两千万辆。伴随车市回暖的是环境问题的急速恶化、能源短缺和城市交通拥堵等压力。自去年下半年以来，政府密集出台了多项关于汽车业节能减排的政策，在2012-2020年汽车业发展规划中，政府要求汽车制造商到2015年将乘用车平均燃料消耗量降至6.9升/100公里，到2020年降至5升/100公里。而目前我国乘用车的平均燃效水平是7.38升。　　在科力远动力电池投产当日举行的混合动力汽车发展研讨会上，国家信息中心信息资源开发部主任徐长明表示，汽车业要达成2015年的设定目标，通过传统动力系统的改进尚可达成，但2020年目标则必须通过其他途径，而混合动力现在看来是最为现实的选择。在我国现有的新能源汽车发展规划中，混合动力车并未受到重视，需要充电的纯电动车以及插电式混合动力一直处于优先地位。但现在汽车行业内的越来越多的人开始支持发展混合动力车。清华大学汽车技术研究院院长宋健认为无论是技术还是市场上，纯电动可能十年内难获突破，而混合动力是能够在现有基础上实现降低一半油耗的技术，这对燃油消耗总量近55%的汽车行业来说可以解燃眉之急。　　在此次会上，盖世汽车研究院院长陈文凯发布了该机构针对2300余位业内人士所做的一项调查，调查结果显示，多数业内人士认为要达到2020年百公里油耗5升最有效的途径是fdhfgjhgkjds发展混合动力汽车；总体而言，更多的人认为虽然中国车企目前在混动汽车领域还落后于先行者日系车，但日系车并没有完全一统天下，本土企业只要定位准确，在市场上应可占有一席之地；而在政策层面，国家应该有明确的信号出台，避免政令不行的尴尬，防止5升油耗限值政策变成一纸空文。　　而此次科力远的镍氢汽车动力电池全自动生产线的正式投产，为国内混合动力汽车的发展提供了核心技术保障，中国混合动力汽车全面产业化的大幕正式开启。
